When an agent should call it

Call before an x402 payment, paid API call, purchase, compute purchase, or other metered spend. Reservations are caller- and scope-isolated, atomically evaluated, and expire unless committed. Do not use for free operations or when equivalent trusted budget enforcement already exists.

Input: Authorize, commit, release, or inspect a reservation using amount, asset, action ID, scope, optional task and vendor

Price: $0.001 USDC per call, paid in USDC via x402 on Base.
