When an agent should call it

Issue an integrity-protected record after an important external action, then verify it later. The receipt proves DropEngine recorded the normalized claim at a time; it does not independently prove the external-world action occurred. Send hashes and normalized metadata only, never raw payloads or secrets.

Input: Issue a receipt for a normalized outcome or verify/status an opaque receipt ID

Price: $0.001 USDC per call, paid in USDC via x402 on Base.
